About Charlotte
As a graduate from the University of Cambridge, I definitely know how to study! I have always been passionate about education, especially the sciences and mathematics, and would love to instil that passion in future students!
I tutored my younger brother through his Science and Mathematics GCSE's and now it is time for me to help more people.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable, patient and dedicated tutor then I am here for you! I realise that everybody is different and I will take the time to understand my students and teach them in a way that works best for them. Throughout my education, I have realised how important it is to understand a topic, rather than just remember a text-book - I will strive to help each student establish a thorough understanding of scientific and mathematic principles. Practice makes perfect so a key part of my tutoring will involve applying this knowledge in exam-style questions to help consolidate knowledge.
My specialist areas are Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths, having studied these at GCSE and A-level. Through both my own experience and through tutoring my younger brother for his exams this year, I have a detailed understanding of what the curriculum involves and of the exam expectations. I am now studying Medicine at the University of Cambridge (I took a year out to study Natural Science) and hope to continue education throughout my career as a doctor.
