About Caroline
Hi future learner,
I'm Caroline. I am a British, native English speaker with Southern / BBC-type accent. I obtained my Level 7 (the highest level of ESL qualification) TESOL (Trinity College, Dublin's Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) with distinction earlier in 2017.
I currently teach online.
I find it fulfilling to help my students to discover their maximum potential and to perform better, so that they can achieve their goals.
I qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and I practised commercial law at one of the world's largest firms for four years, both in London and in Singapore. I practise commercial law in London on a freelance consultancy basis when I am not teaching. I am not practising currently.
At Edinburgh University, I studied Italian, German and English literature. I was offered a conditional offer to Oxford University, and so have been through the interview prep stage - I can therefore offer assistance with Oxford interview practice.
I can assist you with any and all aspects of English, whether you are already conversant and want to increase your fluency, or want help with pronunciation, or would simply like to improve in a particular area relating to your career or education goals (business, psychology, legal, commercial and finance).
I am also a linguist, so can help to an extent with foreign language learning, although my main topic is English.
I am friendly, open-minded, and patient. I look foward to meeting you soon, either by Skype / Zoom. Please let me know if you have any questions and let me know your aims and goals, and I will tailor the lesson plan to your needs.

50GBP for 50 Minutes. I prepare a note of the new vocab and grammar covered and learned in class for each student afterwards, as a learning aid for my students.
