To whom it may concern,
Carolina Garcia has worked for Bishopsgate Institute as a self-employed Spanish tutor since January 2015. Her role consists of preparing and delivering Spanish language classes to adult students, as well as carrying out administrative tasks relating to these classes (keeping attendance registers, distributing students’ personal learning plans and student evaluation forms).
Bishopsgate Institute issues contracts to all its tutors based on the hours they are required to teach in the coming term. Carolina is regularly contracted to teach two evening classes (of two hours each) a week per term, with each term usually running for 10 weeks.
We are only able to run courses if we recruit sufficient numbers to make a course financially viable. Therefore Carolina may have taught fewer hours than contracted for in any given term, as a consequence of course cancellations.
Please do get in touch if you require further information.
