Bea has worked at Brindishe Green School as a teaching assistant before, during and after she completed her first degree (since 2013 - 2017). She has been an invaluable member of the team supporting children across the school with their learning, teachers with their learning environments, leading our choirs, setting up transition material for our children with additional needs as they moved class and going over and above when needed, for example leading music performances and contributing to events.
Bea has excellent relationships with all members of the school community, she is flexible, hardworking, an invaluable team member and colleague and is more than able to work on her own initiative. We were sorry to lose her and would have her back any time. She will make a wonderful teacher if she ever decides to train to be one!
We had no safeguarding concerns. Bea was always professional, appropriate and understood very well the expectations and responsibilities of working with children in a school setting. I cannot recommend her enough to you.
