At SKSST we aim to train our teachers so they have the ability to nurture and develop on their teaching skills, classroom control and discipline their students and most of all ensure they follow the rules and regulations of our school.
To ensure they can convey respect for the Gujarati Language and a form a good rapport with their colleagues, students and parents.
At SKSST family we encourage our staff to approach us for help and support in a confident and polite manner.
We enjoy working with individuals who are flexible and willing to help other teachers as and when required.
This is to confirm that Bansri Shah has been working with our establishment for over 5+
Bansri started as voluntary worker, mainly involving observing classes and sometimes assisting morning sessions. Soon developed into a classroom assistant; some of her duties included classroom control, lesson organisation and the promotion of learning. Throughout her teaching role she has encountered a few difficult situations which I believe she has handled using her own initiative.
Bansri has shown some good communication skills, leadership skills and as an individual she is keen to progress in her role in the Gujarati school and learn further. I have found her to be friendly, punctual, observant, and flexible. With her strong attributions and experience from SKSST we wish Bansri all the best for the future and encourage her to keep in touch with us if she requires our support in the future, it has been a pleasure having her on board.
Thank you for being a part of the SKSST family.
