About Ayca
I thrive myself to be an energetic, adaptable EFL teacher. I adapt my lessons according to individual needs,cultural background and learning styles of the students. As I belive every learner is different and has different needs.
I use a communicative approach within my lessons by using visuals,games,songs and role-plays. I use authentic materials rather than text books, specially for the advanced learners who are preparing to take the Ielts test. Currently,I have been using Kahoot,Quizlet and British Nexus to asses learning. I give out homework and assess learners after and give out detailed feedback. I build up a good rapport with my learners which I believe is the essential motive for language learning. Currently,I teach ESL at a college and deliver online lessons.
