I am a private maths tutor currently studying for a joint Maths & Physics degree.
I have been tutoring for almost 1000 hours and have worked with students of all ages and abilities.
In that time I have learnt a great deal about what works and what doesn't when it comes to tutoring.
I specialise in helping students to jump up as many grades as needed to reach their goals. My testimonials speak for themselves.

A*AA in Maths, Further Maths and Physics A-levels (equivalent to Advanced Highers)
Gold certificate in UKMT Senior Maths Challenge

Perfect! Maths tuition
Arkan has been helping my son for a few weeks now work on some areas in his Nat 5 maths that he has been struggling with . My son has seen a great improvement in his ability to tackle these areas and has much more confidence going into his upcoming exam. Arkan responds quickly and is very accommodating / flexible in his approach to teaching. Would highly recommend .

My son currently has tution with Arkan and so far the sessions are going well and with professionalism.The topics covered has enabled my son to stretch his learning (which the school has not covered in detail) which is beneficial should exam questions come up.

Arkan is competent in this subject and will be prove his mastery of it in practice. He is an honest young man dedicated to the work he does. He is more of a listener than a talker, which is a rather rare quality nowadays and a plus in his dealing with various situations. I have no hesitation to recommend him for the teaching of this subject as well as other scientific subjects like physics.
