About Ariane
While studying for both BSs. (Hons) Business Economics and MSc. International Business Economics and eventually working in the finance sector as a professional Accountant, I actively developed myself as a private tutor.
I recognised at a young age that I was able to relay key concepts and theories to younger students who were not initially able to grasp subject knowledge areas and aided them in preparing for upcoming exams and created a comprehensive style in essay writing technique. It was evident that these students needed someone who could relate to them and this has been part of my ethos ever since.
Over my fifteen years of practice, I have gained a reputation among my students as a competent, knowledgeable, fun, approachable, thorough and well-prepared tutor. I am ultimately dedicated to see students do their very best, improve in subjects that they once thought they could not gain respectable results in and to bring out their inner confidence.
I recognise that each individual student differs with regards to their knowledge level and information retention so I will work closely with the student, parent, guardian and/or educator to develop a completely tailored programme to meet the identified aims, goals and objectives.
I also pride myself in providing regular and frequent feedback to the student, parent, guardian and educator to ensure that all involved are satisfied with the service that they are receiving and to provide an opportunity to adapt the learning programme as and when needed.
For your piece of mind, I am a member of The Tutors’ Association and is DBS checked.
