Enjoy failure and learn from it. Success is built on failure
I have just graduated with a First class honours degree in mechanical engineering and am currently doing my masters in in offshore engineering. This degree required an extensive knowledge of advanced mathematics and physics as well as the ability to apply these subjects to real world problems.
I would like to say the subject areas of mathematics and physics came easy to me, but this was not the case. Like many students at school I struggled greatly with understanding concepts and teaching my brain to essentially learn a new language. I found that when I was struggling to learn people that naturally understood it couldn't teach me as well as people who had to really work at it.
So for anyone who is struggling to get their heads round concepts I believe i can be of great assistance by using methods I used myself to go from nearly failing maths to achieving 80% plus in university maths exams.
