Alex provided me with academic support at university level and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is an approachable and friendly man who is highly capable at meeting the needs of all people as he can adapt his teaching style to meet your needs. He is a reliable, hardworking and empathetic gentleman. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Alex but also benefited greatly academically.

Alex is a highly intelligent and empathetic tutor who is genuinely invested in getting the best output possible from the individual he is tutoring. He has the rare and natural gift of making a person feel at ease in his presence no matter how anxious that person may be. Alex has a great sense of humour which makes studying with him more fun than studying alone and he was always flexible and willing to fit around my busy schedule. Alex is a lateral thinker and always seeks to get the full picture in order to provide the assistance most appropriate for that particular tutoring session, whether this be peer support or academic support. He is knowledgeable about a range of subjects and can be of particular assistance when helping someone with their writing and literature. I highly recommend Alex as a tutor and feel he can greatly enhance the academic output of any student.
