About AJITH
I am excited to be a maths tutor in tutor fair because I want to change the general perception of Mathematics as a difficult subject. I believe I can regenerate the mentality of pupils to make maths an easier subject by using my knowledge, techniques and strategies.
I am naturally comfortable with maths and it has been my favorite subject from my days in school. I am a tutor with experience in U.K and abroad. I did my school experience program at various different schools, where I met pupils struggling with maths and made the subject easier for the duration. According to my experience the key to success is inspiration, motivation and hard work. Which I have done for my students as well as my own kids.
I adapt my teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of pupils by analyzing their strength and weakness. The main focus of my teaching methodology is building a strong foundation. If your foundation is solid, your confidence will rise. Mathematics is a very logical subject and it is the back bone of your curriculum as it uplifts your other subject knowledge.
I have a sound knowledge about the recent curriculum changes and the examiners expectations. Even if you are a higher ability student, if you are not familiar with the examiners expectations you will not hit the top band. This is why you need a good tutor to help you to convert your grade. I believe I can share my knowledge and experience to convert pupils lives to more productive and life changing ones.
Personally, I am a sports enthusiast. I received university colours for athletics, football and table tennis, while winning the gold medal for table tennis at the inter university level. I love cricket, so I am involved with the local cricket club and I help out during matches. According to my experience you gain resilience and team spirit in sports, which benefits your education. Therefore, I can encourage my pupils to balance their education with sports. In addition, I can relate to students who are more athletically orientated and so, I can make their learning environment more comfortable.
Finally, if you have inspiration, motivation and you are willing carry out the hard work; I can keep you ahead of the game, make you the top of your class and most importantly: your teacher at school will not be able to challenge you in maths.
