French student eager to share her culture and language
Currently a fifth year English and History student at Paris-Sorbonne University spending a year abroad at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, I would be happy to share my knowledge of the French language and culture with students of any age.
I grew up in France with an Irish father and am thus familiar with both languages. I also worked as a French, English, history and mathematics tutor in Paris for two French students, a sixth-grader and an eight-grader. Moreover, I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and was delighted to see their progress in the topics we studied together.
I am an enthusiastic, outgoing yet serious and responsible young person and I believe that my 6-months experience as an English tour-guide at the Eiffel Tower contributed in my ability to keep people engaged on every level.
Thank you for considering me for the position. I look forward to hearing back from you.
Aisling helped my 2 daughters (11 and 13 years old) doing their homework, learning their lessons, explaining them what they didn't understand at school. Aisling helped them for their French, maths, English, German
my daughters got the help they needed to have a successful year
A very competent and knowledgeable tour guide

I was a colleague of Aisling G as we were working together at the Eiffel Tower. She was an extremely competent tour guide there, as she knew a lot about French and World History and mastered perfectly the English language. She furthermore could speak German, which is very valuable when one works in tourism. She was also a very responsible person, and always knew what to do in case of an emergency or whenever something unplanned happened.
