I would really recommend Janet as a maths tutor. My daughter was predicted a GCSE level 3 - 4 when she first started with Janet at the beginning of Year 11. Janet was very patience and supportive, helping her understand the subject so much more, and also gave her confidence in her own ability.

Janet is an absolutely amazing tutor. Starting with just a grade 6 in GCSE maths, she gave me the confidence to really apply myself and believe in my own mathematical ability which made me improve significantly, even outperforming my peers who achieved a lot higher at GCSE.

I'm now going to study an interdisciplinary Mathematics degree, which I would've never seen myself doing 2 years ago, but Janet gave me the confidence to be able to do so.

If I had been able to sit the exam, there's no doubt that her help would've helped me achieve a grade higher than my calculated outcome, but that's just it - Janet as a tutor will help you every step of the way to help you achieve what you need and want to progress.

My daughter started having maths lessons with Janet once a week for GCSE maths last october. She was struggling at her school as her maths teacher was not good, however once she started having lessons with Janet, her levels started to improve after a few months . In 2018 I also asked Janet if she could help my daughter with her Physics and Chemistry as well as Maths, and Janet was more than happy to help. She was a very patient and flexible person, and more importantly a great tutor. I would highly recommend her as a maths and science tutor.

I spent the majority of Year 12 struggling with C1 and C2 so I got in contact with Janet for tutoring before my AS exams. I'm so glad I did as she was extremely beneficial for my understanding and for acting as support when I needed motivation.

Janet tutored both of my daughters last academic year. My elder daughter was taking the IB Diploma and needed to improve her grade in Mathematics.
