Haberdashers' Aske's Marks Scheme

May 27, 2016

Haberdashers' Aske's gives entry to boys at 11+ and 13+. The attached paper is for 11+ entrance. Admissions exams also include English and reasoning tests, sat in January of year 6.

This paper is relatively easy as entrance exams go. It has a few tricky questions which take a lot of time. Questions 29 and 30 are particularly long. Students should have a strong grasp on fractions, Venn diagrams, angles and geometry. The marks scheme attached has answers as well as working out. Calculators are not allowed on this exam.
