Edexcel iGCSE June 2014 Maths Past Papers
August 04, 2015
Edexcel’s iGCSE Maths exam is sat by a great many of the private schools in the UK (not state schools) and is also sat internationally.
There is no coursework element and there are two levels: higher and lower. Papers 1 and 2 are the lower tier papers, and papers 3 and 4 are higher tier. Since this exam is sat internationally, in many time zones, there is also an added variation paper for each (with an R on the end, eg. 2H and 2HR). This means extra work for the exam board in producing these, however it's good for students as it gives them more past papers to work through.
The iGCSE papers all allow the use of calculators, unlike GCSE that has a non-calculator paper. As a result the iGCSE exam also includes topics like calculus (only differentiation) and sets. They are part of the June exams, however most of the time these exams are sat in May.
Mark schemes for each of these papers has also been included.
