A simple tip to boost confidence ahead of an interview

November 26, 2015

This discovery was made by Social Psychologist Amy Cuddy, when looking for a way to overcome her anxiety in pressure situations.

She found that adopting a confident pose changes your body chemistry, releasing hormones that lead to you acting more confidently, even if you don't feel you are.

In essence, you have tricked your body into being more confident...

Simply by taking a couple of minutes before an important interview to strike one of these power poses will mean that when you step into the room, you might be more likely to land the place.

Any student coming up to a big interview should think about doing this, and then impressing the interviewer to get the place!
