How to create a healty practice routine (article)

This is a paper I wrote from the "Learning how to learn" course from Coursera on healthy music practising habits

The "Learning how to learn course" is a course that shows you how to use your brain the most efficient and effective way to maximise learning.

I've applied most of the teachings to this article and applied it to my current way of teaching to help my students get the best out of it and to make the lessons more enjoyable.
