Hi, I'm looking for a computor tutor for a family member. I am a coach myself, spending 10 years on the world tour and as part of the Olympic Team, so standards are very important to me. I am searching for a tutor with high standards in both the subject and reliability.

I am searching for a Tutor on behalf of my Fiancé. She speaks 4 languages, and is highly intelligent, originating from Russia. She has been in England for 7 years and speaks excellent English. She applied for a Computing course, Level 4 at College, with no background in Computing, she has done extremely well, managing from a cold start to navigate herself through to this point, with 3/4 months left. She feels she just needs that extra support now she is entering a critical point of the course. weekly lessons asap

Online History (A-Level) tutor

Hi, I'm looking for a History A-Level tutor (Exam Board: AQA) for my son, who started the course in September 2018. He is doing the following options:
1. 1F: Industrialisation and the people: Britain, c1783–c
. 2J: America: A Nation Divided, c1845–
Coursework: American Civil Rights c1877-c1992

We are looking for a tutor for two primary purposes:
• Content Coverage
• AQA Essay Technique

Regarding content coverage, my son is quite quick at grasping new concepts (having achieved an A* at IGCSE History). However, due to lack of resources (especially for the American option - which does not have an official textbook), he is finding it difficult to explain some of causes and consequences of the key syllabus points to the necessary detail and would therefore need some help understanding some of the parts of the course. (E.G in the America course, the role of the press before the civil war - Uncle Tom’s cabin etc.).

Regarding essay technique, my son is decent at writing essays, however is used to the more formulaic approach from IGCSE and is therefore struggling to fully adapt to the niche AQA technique (E.G He understands that every paragraph should start with an argument, then move on to explanation/knowledge then judgement, however struggles with issues such as placements of evaluation and whether to be comparative or not in evaluating significance).

I am looking for weekly lessons till his exams, largely focusing on content coverage, with occasional lessons on essay technique.
Please let me know if you can help with all or any of these options and if you have prior experience of teaching these before. Also, please advise if you have had experience of teaching or examining for AQA in the past.

Starting ASAP weekly lessons AQA,
