Hi I'm looking for a French (Beginner) tutor...

I took A level french at school and achieved an A but have not spoken the language since. I always felt I had a very shaky grounding in grammar, but adore the language and get a real kick out of being able to communicate with others not in English. I also adore France - the country, the food (!), the clothes...

I would like to start lessons as soon as possible.
- I am looing for weekly lessons.
- I have no intention of taking any exams at this stage.
- My goal is to obtain strong conversational French in order to be able to travel to France without speaking English, read French magazines and listen to French podcasts/news etc.
- The main challenge I have is very unpredictable and long working hours - therefore if lessons could be on weekday mornings at my office before I start work at 9:30am, that would be fantastic.

Ideally what I am wanting to achieve is to be able to converse fluently in French in casual settings, read French magazines and listen to French podcasts. If at some stage I was able to work up to using French in my career (as a lawyer) that would be great but for the moment just confident, casual conversation is the main goal.

My job means I really struggle for time, with very unpredictable and long working hours, and so ideally am looking for lessons early on Monday or Wednesday mornings (which I fully appreciate is horrible for the tutor - so sorry) before I start work at 9:30am. Alternatively, I can normally take a lunch break for an hour. If at all possible, it would be great if the lessons could be in my office and I could arrange for a meeting room in which to do them.

Hello,

I looking for a tutor who can help my two daughters with their French homework for their Saturday school. They are aged 9 and 5. We expect weekly 1.5hr sessions for the older one and weekly 45min sessions for the younger one.

Were are pretty flexible on time as long as it is after school. The location for home tutoring will switch between my home (near Borough) and their mother's home (near New Cross Gate).

From this week or next week. But if that is not possible then we would look to start invNovember after the mid-term break. Weekly lessons please!

If you are interested, please feel free to reply.

Regards,

Hi, I'm looking for a French (Beginner) tutor...for my daughters 8,11 . Yes I am looking for a weekly classes as soon as possible.
Actually one of my daughters has started having French lessons at school, the other not yet .
But I think I have made a mistake about the budget as it’s written 100£ , while the correct budget is 30-35 £. If you can help me change it .
I have spoken to a tutor and I transfer the money through tutorfair . Next Wednesday will be the first lesson, according; I will see how does it go.
Thanks
