Our stack

Mostly PHP with some other technologies used where applicable. We host on AWS (VPC) and deploy several times weekly through CI/CD. DevOps are handled by our team. Our code base is thoroughly tested using selenium testing and unit tests. On the front end we mainly use Jquery, Bootstrap and Sass. We use Mysql data stores and leverage a service orientated architecture. Code is kept up to date and technical debt prioritised and removed. We use Git for source control. Basically, we use every means possible to keep our developers focused on improving the product and not caught up in spaghetti code.
